Free setup and evaluation period
Use the trial period to set up your practice, explore the platform, and decide whether you want to continue. Start on or before the 15th and that calendar month is free. Start after the 15th and the trial includes the rest of that month plus the entire following calendar month.
During the free Sunshyn trial, you can create claims and print, fax, or download 837 claim files. Claim.MD is optional and not included in the free trial; the $35/month per Tax ID charge applies only if you activate Claim.MD for electronic claim submission, eligibility, or ERA services.
The planned price increase is postponed until October. Lock in your Founding Pricing when you sign up by October 1, 2026. Keep your Founding Pricing for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.*

$59/month applies per office/TIN and includes up to 5 providers. Additional providers are $10/month each. Practices that sign up by October 1, 2026 lock in both the $59 base rate and the $10 additional-provider rate. The free trial is a setup and evaluation period for practices to configure the platform and decide whether to continue. Practices starting after the 15th receive the remainder of that month plus the entire following calendar month free. During the free Sunshyn trial, practices may create claims and print, fax, or download 837 claim files. Claim.MD is optional and not included; its $35/month per Tax ID charge applies only if activated for electronic claim submission, eligibility, or ERA services. Locked rates remain in effect only while the subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription is canceled and later restarted, Founding Pricing is lost and the practice returns at then-current Sunshyn pricing. Providers added after October 1 remain covered by the locked structure (providers 1–5 in the $59 base; providers 6+ at $10/month each). Claim.MD clearinghouse access is separate at $35/month per Tax ID. Payment processing uses your connected Square account; Square processing fees apply and are not part of Founding Pricing. Other third-party or usage-based services are not included in the Founding Pricing guarantee.
